We are looking for a Field Service Analyst with CCNA or CCNP certification for an onsite position in Jeceaba/MG, who wants to learn and transform their career.
In this role, you will:
- The network engineer is responsible for the LAN and WAN networks. For the LAN, you will be responsible for addressing, switches, routers, WLAN, AD, DNS, NPM, firewalls, CDNs, load balancers, and NFV.
- For the WAN, you will be responsible for private networks and the internet, and assist in the adoption of monitoring and data collection tools on the network.
- You will support carrier trunking with the local network.
Prerequisites:
- Valid Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification (mandatory).
- Advanced English.
It is much better if you stand out for:
- Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, testing, IMAC for access/core/network for the Cisco/HP family. This family includes small/medium L2/L3 switches, small/medium/large L3-L7 routers for access/core/network, Cisco/HP WLAN. This CoE wants Palo Alto coverage firewalls, SASE, and understanding cybersecurity information.
- Identification, testing, and cabling built CAT5-9, MM/SM fiber optics.
- Testing for data communication radio and mobile access.
- Knowledge for NSX network/Virtualization.
- Active Directory/Radius/802.1x/MFA authentication. Configuration of Palo Alto VPN Server / Windows Jump Server.
Desired skills:
• Knowledge of Fortinet/Huawei for network devices (LAN/WLAN) and security
• Experience in MS Windows OS, O365 E1/E3/E5, AD, Single/MFA
• Experience in End User support in registration, diagnosis, and troubleshooting within the scope of microcomputing, hardware, operating systems, telephony, videoconferencing, web conferencing, audioconferencing, and related areas, including performing any corrective maintenance on ICT equipment;
• Experience to clarify doubts and guide users regarding the use, availability, installation, and configuration of software, applications, information systems (both commercial and internally developed), equipment, standards, and procedures regarding the Client's technological environment and its use.
• Identify and immediately report to the Level 2 Service Supervisor critical issues that have significant impacts on the Client's technological environment, exceptional situations, and other situations beyond their control or jurisdiction;
• Analyze hardware requirements for software installation;
• Test functionalities of new equipment, components, or peripherals, and prepare configuration and user manuals;
• Reinstall the standard image on workstations or laptops, including the process of backing up user data;
• Perform activities of the asset management process at Client locations where there are no allocated asset technicians, during times when Asset Management service is unavailable or whenever required by supervision.
• VMware NSX certification.
• Basic knowledge for configuring Zabbix for network devices
