Job Responsibilities Business Analysis and Operations Support
- Support the SMB sales team in collecting, analyzing, and reporting business data. Participate in the planning and implementation of business-related incentives and activities.
- Initiate and collect frontline feedback, consolidate the information, and provide insights to business leaders to support strategy development and decision-making.
- Integrate the sales team’s experience and methodologies to assist in the design and creation of sales tools, helping frontline teams achieve results more efficiently.
Team Support
- Support the development of a positive sales team culture and work environment.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes of team members.
- Manage the application and tracking of team resources and materials.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales business support.
- Willingness and ability to support long-term international business operations.
- Proficient in data processing, graphic tools, and image/video design, production, and enhancement.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with strong proficiency in related software.
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese.
